The Words That Guide Us

At Nayya, our values are what call us to action in achieving our mission. These are the principles that lead us to success on our mission. We lead, celebrate, reward and grow in line with these principles.

  • We partner with purpose

We work with a variety of stakeholders to transform our industry. We work with channel partners to access the consumer. Partnering purposefully gives us the ability to create high-impact relationships that enable us to access and bring peace and confidence to more families.

  • We deliver on our commitments

We take pride in our commitments to our customers, consumers and to our fellow Nayyans. Working as a team to ensure we meet our deadlines and deliver high quality outcomes is the hallmark of success.

  • We raise the bar through feedback

Feedback provides an opportunity not only to grow, but also to aim higher in our goals and standards. At Nayya, we challenge ourselves to share, be open to, and implement high quality feedback that helps us all reach a higher standard.

  • We have the courage to take action

To achieve our goals and win, we need to move decisively and take bold actions. We need to be disciplined about risk, but it’s okay to take courage action (even if we need to learn from these actions) in the spirit of delivering for our customers.

Culture-First Approach

We believe nurturing our culture is one of the most important investments we can make as we scale. At Nayya, this means balancing community and flexibility. Beyond communicating transparently and cross-functionally, ensuring Nayyans have autonomy to move fast toward our goals has also been essential as we’ve grown.
